Exchange Policy

Exchange Timeframe

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

Exchange Eligibility

Products are eligible for exchange if:

  • A wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is damaged during transit.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange.

Exchange Process

  • After approval, pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours, subject to service availability.
  • Once the product is picked up or in transit to our warehouse, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Return Policy

Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wrong or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for return requests.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product significantly differs from the order placed.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours after approval.
  • Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after successful quality inspection.
  • The actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup is subject to courier service availability in your area.
  • If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our provided address.
  • Pickup will be attempted up to two times.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional offers.
  • Customized or altered products.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
