How to place a return?

1. Select a method: Go to My Orders → Order Details → Return.
2. Submit return request: Select your reason, submit product images, and a clear unboxing video.
3. Product pickup: The product will be picked up only if it is found to be in original condition with tags and packaging.
4. Refund: Refund will be initiated after the product is received and verified by us.
